Ordering Methods
For your convenience, you may order online with our secured server. MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express are accepted, with complete worry-free security. That means you have no liability if your credit card account is subject to any fraudulent use or charges while being used to place an order with us.

Credit Card Transaction Policy
Upon submission of a credit card order via the Internet, we will seek an approval code from the customer's credit card issuer and charge the account for the full order amount at the time the order is placed unless your order contains an item not in stock at the time your order is placed. If we can not fulfill the order at that time, your credit card will not be charged until the product is ready to ship to you.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received prior to the shipment of merchandise will
not in be charged.
Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and generally arrive 7-10 business days from date of order. If you have ordered and item currently out of stock on or which has been discontinued, you will receive and email to inform you. At that time, you may substitute, wait or cancel your order.
Return/Exchange Policy
We offer a 15-day 100% satisfaction guarantee.
For Exchanges: You may need to try another size to get the perfect fit. We will gladly exchange your unworn item for another size or style at no cost to you (the first exchange is on us) or you may choose to return your item for a full refund
(see return policy below).
For Returns:
We will refund the price of the returned product less the original shipping charge of $5. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow us 2-3 weeks to process your return.
All exchanges and returns require a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#).

Important notes about returning undergarments:
- Please make sure all tags and packaging are intact.
- We suggest you do not wear perfume or deodorant when trying on your purchase. These can leave marks or scents, which may make the item non-returnable.
- Our foam cups are delicate and can easily be dented if shipped in a box that is too small. When sending the product back, we suggest you send it back in the original box to avoid damaging the garment You may obtain similar shipping boxes free at your local USPS location.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges on items that have been soiled or damaged and garment will be returned to customer.
Errors or Damaged Merchandise
In the unlikely event we mistakenly shipped you the wrong product, or in the rare event of a factory defect, simply contact us with your order number. We will gladly provide a pre-paid shipping label so you may return the item(s). Our mistake will not incur any additional shipping cost to you.
Please understand, we are a small company. We cannot provide the same return policy of a major department store even though we would like to. Thank you for your understanding.
