Ordering Methods

For your convenience, you may order online with our secured server. MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express are accepted, with complete worry-free security. That means you have no liability if your credit card account is subject to any fraudulent use or charges while being used to place an order with us.

Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow up to 14 business days for delivery from date of order. We do offer expedited processing which is a guaranteed 5 business days delivery. If you have ordered an item currently out of stock or one which has been discontinued, you will receive an email to inform you. At that time, you may substitute, wait or cancel your order.

Return/Exchange Policy

All exchanges or returns require a
RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. (see below)

For Exchanges

We offer a 15 day exchange policy on all unworn garments.

You may need to try another size to get the perfect fit. We will gladly exchange your unworn item for another size or style at no cost to you. For US customers,  the first exchange is on us. However, free first exchange is not valid with any discounts or promotions. For all international customers, all shipping is at your own expense. See the Important Notes below about returns which also applies to exchanges.

Please email your exchange/return request with your order number to: Customer Service or call 877-360-8426. Return Authorization Numbers are sent via email within 24 hours of your request.

For Returns

We offer a 15 day return policy on all unworn garments.

We will refund the price of the returned product less all shipping charges. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow us 2-3 weeks to process your return.

Important notes about returning/exchanging undergarments
  1. Please make sure all tags and packaging are intact. All tags must be attached.
  2. DO NOT wear perfume or deodorant when trying on your purchase. These can leave marks or scents, which may make the item non-returnable. Also, any returns or exchanges with noticeable smoke odor will not be accepted
  3. Our foam cups are delicate and can easily be dented if shipped in a box that is too small or in a flexible envelope style package.
  4. We suggest you send back your garment(s) in the original packaging to avoid damaging the garment. You may obtain similar shipping boxes and envelopes FREE at your local Post Office location. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges on items that have been soiled or damaged and garment will be returned to customer.
Ship in a box, preferably the original. DOn't use a soft shipping package.

*If your shipment is not insured and it gets lost or damaged, we have no way of issuing credit or making an exchange.

Errors or Damaged Merchandise

In the unlikely event we mistakenly shipped you the wrong product, or in the rare event of a factory defect, simply contact us with your order number. We will gladly provide a pre-paid shipping label so you may return the item(s). Our mistake will not incur any additional shipping cost to you.

Please understand, we are a small company. We cannot provide the same return policy of a major department store even though we would like to. Thank you for your understanding.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received prior to the shipment of merchandise will not in be charged.

Credit Card Transaction Policy

Upon submission of a credit card order via the Internet, we will seek an approval code from the customer's credit card issuer and charge the account for the full order amount at the time the order is placed unless your order contains an item not in stock at the time your order is placed. If we can not fulfill the order at that time, your credit card will not be charged until the product is ready to ship to you.
